The Newbridge Curriculum brings together industry leaders, your organization, the
North American Customer Service Management Association (NACSMA), and
Newbridge Business Solutions together as Community Partners to support the
community organizations that they serve by providing a well-rounded program that focuses on a curriculum structure that will provide them with the foundational aspects of a service agent within a customer-centric environment.

THE EDUCATION DIFFERENCE

Newbridge has been around for 20+ years and provides a curriculum to both
private and public academia to elevate industry professionals. Based on our
background and feedback from educators and clients, we’ve crafted a well-rounded
program certified by the North American Customer Service Management
Association (NACSMA) that provides a comprehensive curriculum for students to
prepare them to negotiate difficult customer interactions with the right tools for
success and will enable them to take the next step in their career path should they
choose to move into a leadership role in the future.
